You Belong Here.

Sens Wellness is a space for you to (re)connect with your inner wisdom, release what’s holding you back, and allow your authentic expression to emerge.

This a space where every part of you is welcome.

You Belong Here

You Belong Here

Origin: French noun ‘sense’;
feeling, direction, or meaning.

SENS

/sɛn(t)s/

Inspired by the French translation ‘sens’ (sense), we believe healing begins with your senses – by finding connection and safety in your body, so you can welcome in ease, joy, and pleasure. We slow down and turn toward your experience with curiosity and a nervous system that feels safe enough to soften. Sens Wellness is here to help you feel deeply, to find your way, and to uncover what is most meaningful for you.

You’re highly sensitive,
ADHD, AuDHD, or somewhere else on the beautiful spectrum of being human…

Meet your counsellor

Hi, I’m Amy!

I’m a Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, highly sensitive person, and diagnosed (later-in-life) ADHDer. My work is depth-oriented, relational, and body-based. I offer a welcoming space to explore and celebrate all of your identities that show up, including your sexuality, gender expression, and relationship preferences.

Many of the people I support may be "holding it together" on the outside, but inside, they may be feeling lost, ashamed, lonely, or stuck. Together, we will honour all that you carry, release what no longer serves you, and invite your inner desires and authentic self to emerge. Because you are NOT broken. You belong here, and you deserve a life filled with joy and pleasure.

I offer attachment-oriented somatic, relational therapy for highly sensitive, thoughtful adults. Our work unfolds at your pace, guided by your readiness rather than an arbitrary timeline. Following the rhythms of your body, we may work together for a longer term to explore your "stuckness" and deeper wounds, uncover your inner wisdom, and heal relational injuries.

Counselling for Individuals & Relationships

Talking openly about sex and intimacy helps to break down stigma and empower people to explore their desires with curiosity and confidence. Group workshops are a great opportunity to share knowledge, spark meaningful conversations, and build a sense of community.

Many folks are led to believe that sex is “natural” and that we “should” know what to do... but we’re not handed a user manual, and even worse, we’re often taught a lot of sex misinformation. Education is a powerful tool and by equipping people with accurate, sex-positive information and resources, I hope to inspire a more open and pleasure-positive society.
